What are the shipping options?At this point in time Queen Thistle is only able to offer Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, this usually takes 2-3 days after payment and after packagaing has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.

What do I do if I received a defective order?We at Queen Thistle take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away. Please note that we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, but the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be in its original condition, with the tags intact and unworn. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been washed or damaged. Please also note that all of our products are made to order, which is why we ask for careful consideration before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding!
