REFUNDS

DIGITAL FILE

Pattern designs, print designs, fashion illustration are accessible in PDF, (AI, PSD, PNG) format and can be viewed and downloaded online; however, all digital patterns, drawing, illustration sales are final and non-refundable. Commercial and Exclusive Collection license  that can be downloaded are non-refundable once purchased. If you notify us within 10 days of receiving your order that it is flawed, we will send the fixed design within 3 working days.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT

Each poster is printed and signed specifically to order.

We at Queen Thistle take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away.
